GENERAL TERMS offers online products for purchase to be delivered WORLDWIDE.

Orders are shipped worldwide through our collaborating courier companies UPS | Standard Single, UPS | Express Saver FedEx | Express, ELTA International Delivery (Greek National Post).

Orders are shipped within Greece through a collaborating courier company. (ELTA Courier)

Deliveries are made during working days, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.(Domestic Delivery)

All delivered goods are accompanied by the appropriate fiscal documentation. If a shipment is intended as a gift, please give us notice during the ordering procedure as to ship the order with a simple shipping document.


For International shipping we use three different carriers, UPS | Standard Service, UPS | Express Saver, FedEx Express Sevice, ELTA International priority Delivery (Greek Post). Shipping charges depend on weight, dimensions and destination of each package. You can see the fee of each carrier in the checkout page.

Orders over 100€ in value are sent Free of Charge within Greece.

For orders lower than 100€, the cost of shipping within Greece is 5€.

For items with increased weight there is a possibility of an extra charge. This information will be transmitted to the user for confirmation prior to shipment.

The indicated prices include VAT.



Shipments are executed within 1 to 3 work days from the placement of the order. (Unless expressly stated in the product page)  

From the date of shipment, the delivery is going to be concluded between 2-10 working days regarding the carrier you chose.

From the date of shipment, the delivery is going to be concluded in the following working day. (Domestic Delivery)

For regions within Greece considered as “Hard to reach” by the courier company, the delivery time might vary. (Domestic Delivery)

In any circumstance orders will be shipped after the full confirmation of payment.

In any case if the shipment will delay you will receive an explanation email and the reasons why your shipment is delayed.


Upon arrival in your Country the contents of your order may be subject to Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.), which are responsibility of the customer receiving the order. These fees are not under the Vendor's control. For this reason we recommend you verify with your local Customs office before you place an order. StarShaker® is unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please contact your local authorities or Customs office for detailed information.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority for further information.Both the item prices as well as the shipping charges you pay to We do NOT include Customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.

Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or should you refuse to pay the Customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to the StarShaker® and we will be charged the Customs fees plus return shipping costs.

If you receive your order and accept to pay the Customs fees upon delivery, StarShaker® will not issue refunds for the same in case of return of the purchased products.

Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Should you experience such delays please check with your local Customs offices. The invoice for the Customs fees could arrive weeks after you receive your order, separately from the same.


Lost Damaged by Postal Service: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal  service. However, if your package  has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email ( 6 weeks for international ), please contact us at and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for understanding this.

Returned Mail: If a package has returned  because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the  cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

Refused/Unclaimed  Mail: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded. We can refund in specific circumstances but we keep the right not to refund all the shipping fees (shipping and return fees) Please note that after the package dispatch our facilities you are responsible to track your package. Contact your local carrier if for some reason there is a delay on delivery.
